X-ray is a MUST on a Scrim Server

okay peeps after listening to so many complaints and all that and with discussions with my fellow admins, we have decided that Xray is a must on scrim server from now on 30-07-09.

Scrim Server Rules:

1- Admins can ask any user to turn on x-ray on demand (if he's not already on x-ray).
2- Misbehaving with admins will get you a kick and abusing `em will get you a ban.
3- you have to upload Screenshots after you quit the game, If Screenshots aren't uploaded in 24 hours time, then admins have rights to take necessary actions.
4- Admins decision is final WHATSOEVER.
5- Let admins do their duties, do not intervene unnecessarily, let them be the judge of things. "They are there for that"

what :O should be on , even whe playing normal :S
